"Meal Kit" - Italian Polenta with Braised Kale and Mushroom Sauce

Pick-Up Times: Friday 11/22 (10-4PM) and Saturday 11/23 (10-2PM)

Each meal kit serves 2 and includes the following:

• 1 Cup Meadowlark Organic Red and Yellow WI Polenta, *uncooked
  
• BelGioioso Parmesan, Butter, Stock for cooking Polenta
  
• 1 Mild Italian Sausage from Jacob's Meat Market, *uncooked
  
• 1 Container house-made braised kale *cooked, simply reheat
  
• 1 Container house-made mushroom sauce *cooked, simply reheat
  
• 1 Loaf house-made Sourdough Bread
  
• 2 Cannoli Shells
  
• 1 Container house-made mocha cannoli filling
  
• Recipe sheet

What You Need:

• Pot for cooking polenta
  
• Saute pan for cooking sausage
• Sauce pan for heating the mushroom sauce
  
• Wooden spoon for stirring
• Thermometer for testing sausage
• Salt and Pepper for seasoning polenta as needed

Use by Monday, 11/25 (if you need a quick weeknight dinner on Monday, this would be perfect!)
