"Meal Kit" - Gorgonzola and Pistachio with Chocolate Tagliatelle Pasta

Pick-Up Times: Friday 2/14 (10-4PM) and Saturday 2/15 (10-2PM)

Location for Pickup: 432 W Wisconsin Avenue Unit B Appleton, WI.

Each meal kit serves 2 and includes the following:

• 1 Bag Chocolate Tagliatelle, 8 oz.
• 1 Mild Italian Sausage Link from Jacob's Meat Market, 7-8 oz.
• 1 c. Lamers Dairy Milk
• 1 oz. Pistachios
• 3 oz. BelGioioso Gorgonzola
• 2 tbsp butter
• 16 oz. Organic Durum Wheat Flour
• 1 container of house-made mocha cannoli filling
• 2 chocolate dipped cannoli shells
• Recipe sheet

What You Need:

• Cutting board and knife
• Saute pan and saucepan
• Wooden spoon for stirring
• Spoon or piping bag for filling cannoli
• Thermometer for testing sausage
• Salt and pepper

Substitutions: Pasta substitutions can be accommodated by including a note with your order at checkout. We must have the requested flavor in stock on our website.
