Pasta with Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients:

1-2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Fresh grated Parmesan
Cooking Directions:

Add salt to rapidly boiling water and add pasta. Let boil for 2-4 minutes (tagliatelle) or 4-6 minutes (shapes), stirring occasionally.

Drain pasta. Add oil and parmesan cheese.
