Chocolate Tagliatelle with Gorgonzola Sauce and Pistachio
20 Minutes for Prep and Cooking. Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 3 oz. Gorgonzola, crumbled
- 1 oz. pistachios, chopped
- Italian Sausage (optional)
Cooking Directions:
- In medium saucepan, melt butter. Add Flour and whisk until smooth.
- Add milk and whisk until sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and add gorgonzola. Stir until melted.
- If sauce is too thick, thin it with 1 tbsp of milk at a time.
- Add cooked pasta. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
